Keg at The Cock Tavern, Hackney, London. A hazy purplish coloured pour with a thin pinkish/white head on top. Sour, blueberry, maple taste/aroma. Not really my thing but worth a try.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a murky purple colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is big blueberries. The flavour is moderate sour, with a crisp, tart blueberry, funky yeast, light liqourice, light sweet maple syrup palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fresh and jammy. Nice, but I expected more.

Keg at the brewery taproom. A clouded pinky purple coloured pour with a sticky pink head. Aroma is sweet maple, sap, pancake mix, liquorice, jammy berries. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangy, fruit Smoothie, maple sweetness rounded it out, blueberry tart, milky wheat. Something a bit weird about it. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, sweet, moderate carbonation. Tart finish. Good fun.

Keg at the Dig Brew taproom, 12/02/22. Claret to deep purple with a good sized crimson cap. Nose is red berries, grass, touch of maple syrup. Taste comprises raspberries, maple syrup more prominent, sugars, lactic tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte edge. OK but doesn't cone together all that well for me.
