Coffee and a little roast. Some pastry flakes. Golden pour with pretty good head. Better than many white stouts. Tap at brewery.

Tap at brewpub. Not really a stout but a White Stout. A bit cloudy golden colour, small off-white head and lace. Chocolate, chocolate candy, coffee aroma. Light-bodied. Crisp, some citrus, coffee in the flavour. Feels lighter than its ABV. More like flavoured IPA.

Keg at the brewpub, Lisboa, 23/03/22. Almost clear golden orange with a decent off white cap that retains well. Nose is caramel, biscuit, stewed fruits, sugars, grains. Taste comprises caramel, sweet malts, trace of white chocolate, cheesecake base. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for a white stout.

Draught @ the brewpub in Lissabon. Pours nearly clear lightish amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of cooffee and yeast, with touches of malt and hops. Bitter, roasty flavour of coffee and dark chocolate, with notes of burnt wood, yeast and malt and touches of hops. Lingering roasty aftertaste with malty and estery touches. Decent.
