Tap @ TCBF 2022. Smell of banana, juniper, a faint of pepper. Cloudy brown colour, creamy beige head. Aroma of banana, juniper, malt, baking yeast, sugar. Surprisingly light body for sahti. Sweet, but not overly. Faint sourness. No carbon. Easy.

Tap at Turku CBF. Murky light brown colour, no head. Sweet banana aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweet banana, low bitterness, very good drinkability. Very similar to Moose Sahtis.

1,5L plastic bag @ home. Bagged 03/2022, BBE 05/2022 Aroma is sweetish with malt, caramel, toffee and mild juniper tones. Flavour has juniper, banana. Finishes floury. Balanced, nice and dangerously easy to drink.

(Poured from a tinfoil bag, at Pien Shop, 20220303) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had juniper, banana and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were juniper, banana, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had juniper and banana. A tasty and balanced sahti.
