Can (from Alko web). Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is alcohol, some roast, leather and big oaked tones. Flavour is roast, some alcohol, mild leather, yeast and some wooden tones. Not that nice. Too wooden, and the kind of alcohol/leather combo ends in a quite rubbery way,

Medium body, sweetish, light roast filter coffee, some cocoa, a whiff of bourbon the aftertaste. Quite smooth and cohesive, nice.

330ml can. Slick, oily and sweetish with some roastiness, burnt notes, loads of stingy woody notes, oak, hints of boozy bourbon, vanilla and syrup. Okay.

Tap at Bar Kuja. Opaque colour and small beige head. Roasted, whiskey, vanilla in the nose. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Roasted, cocoa, some alcohol, sweetness. Nice BA impy at least in Finnish scale.

Magus, röst, kohv, vanilje, veits haupkas, vaadine, suhkrune. Ok.

(Can, 0.33 l - batch 347 - BBE 12/2022, from the brewery, 20220219) The beer poured oily and black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla, dark chocolate and sweetness. Palate was full bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, sweetness, dark chocolate, alcohols and bitterness. Aftertaste had wood, burnt malts and bitterness. A nice burnt brew with barrel notes. Bit too sweet and the alcohol notes were too strong.
