Me inspiroiduimme syksystä. Värit, satokauden päätös, matalalta siivilöityvä auringon kajo ja keltaisella pensselillä maalattu luonto. Kaikki nämä olivat mielessä kun suunnittelimme reseptiä tähän inkiväärillä ja porkkanalla piristettyyn olueemme.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear deep golden, small head. Aroma of ginger beer and grape tonic. Sweetish with light body and clean mouthfeel. Pretty much like a mix of ginger ale and grape tonic. Surprised to see there is alcohol in here.

ABV: 4.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, citrus, lemon, radler like, cleaning agent, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, lemon, citrus, ginger, radler like. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20240217]

Bottled. HAzy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is ginger, some fruits, wheat, earth and mild salty tones. Flavour is salty, fruity, gingery and some yeasty tones. Bunch of ginger in the aftertaste.

Smell of coriander, herbs. Amber colour, short white head. Aroma of coriander, soap, some wheaty notes. Medium sour. Lively carbon. Meh.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Ginger, some fruits, wheat, some salt and malts. Lots of ginger but can't find carrot.
