--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Black, small head. Intense bourbony vanilla aroma, some chocolate. Mid sweet with full body and velvetty mouthfeel. Dark chocolate and coffee under oaky bourbon. Warming mildly bitter finish. Perhaps too much barrel character, but a beautiful velvetty soft, seemless beer.

Bottled (thanks hermod/adamnase!). Black colour with a mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted, ashy, some slight wooden and mild biscuity tones. Flavour is roasted, wooden, ashy and some mild chocolaty tones. A bit thin as for the palate, otherwise quite nice.

Bottled 330ml (Vasa Sessions, thanks A. Näse)
Dark brown colour, tiny beige head. Strong wood aroma, vanilla. Medium-bodied. Flavour is similar: wood with vanilla dominates over toasted malty backbone. Good but one-dimensional.

33cl bottle. From the brewery. Thx Adam! Poured black in color. Not much head. Nice barrel aroma. Roastedness, wood, ash. Feels somewhat light for the abv.
