Bottled (from Maistila Shop). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is smoked wood, some roasted tones, a bit chocolate with some mild alcohol o it. Flavour is a bit spicy, some smoked wood, mild meaty tones with some mild toffee. ashy elements.

Tap @ Juova, Helsinki. Poured black in color, off white head. Aroma of roastedness, smoke and porridge. Milky notes. Pretty nice.

(Keg at Juova, 20211215) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, smoke, chocolate and ash. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, grass, smoke, ash, sweetness, liquorice and bitterness. Aftertaste was smoky, burnt and bitter. A pleasant and balanced burnt brew with smoky notes.

Dark brown colour, small brownish head. Toasted, a bit chocolaty and smokey aroma. Medium-bodied. Toasted, smokey, somewhat bitter flavour. Smokey portteri-brown ale -combo.
