Tap @ Ølfest 2021. Smell of raisins, malt, some earth and caramel. Muddy brown colour, beige head. Aroma of sweet malt, raisins, gingerbread, some dried fruit. Very sweet. Lovely combo. Soft carbon, slightly slick palate.

Tap at Pyynikin Brewhouse. Copper colour and small beige head. Berryish and glueish nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet caramelly, berryish, raisiny and a bit alcoholic flavour. Kind of mellow but same time raw vibe. Flavour is not bad but aroma is rough.

(Keg at Pyynikin Taproom Helsinki, 20201217) The beer poured brown and lightly hazy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had malts, prunes and raisins. Palate was full bodied and lightly warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were earth, malts, molasses, prunes, raisins and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, raisins and bitterness. A pleasant malty brew without too strong notes of alcohol.
