This time we’ve built our base on the king of the chewy base malts – Golden Promise. Famed for its honey sweet and rich roundness while greedily beefing it up again with some British Crystal Malt for some extra retro noise. Some heavy additions of Columbus in the boil to remind you that dank is beautiful, then a hefty dose of Simcoe in the whirlpool for some extra Pacific Northwest concentrations before heading to tank.

A full and bright Amarillo forward aroma of tangerine and apricot underscored with grapefruit, cedar, spice and pineapple. The body and mouthfeel is distinctly crisp with a hint of minerality from a decidedly harder water, along with a fuller and rich malt character of biscuits, honey and caramel and lots of fruit.

Keg at Friends of Ham Leeds Hazy amber colour thin white head. OK ipa. some stone fruit flavours. nectarine white peach. touch of light apricot. pretty good. liked it.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and heavy hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Average heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.
