Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2021.Deep amber colour with a small beige head. Aroma is berries, some alcohol, mild toffee and some slight spicy tones. Flavour is spices, some alcohol, berries, sweet malts and some dried fruity tones. Boozy.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of sweet malt. Muddy brown colour, light brown head. Aroma of sweet malt, some raisins, some dried fruit. Lively soft carbon, velvety palate. Very sweet.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2021) The beer poured brown and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had malts, raisins and caramel. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, alcohols, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty, boozy and bitter. An unbalanced boozy brew.

Tap at SOPP Tampere. Dark amber colour and small beige head. Berryish, toffee, alcohol in the nose. Medium-bodied. Toffee, berries and alcohol in the flavour. Quite rough.

Tap at SOPP2021Tampere. Color is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Berries, grain ripe fruits, alcohol... aromas promising nyt flavors... unclean and boozy.

Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2021 Aroma has berries and sticky sweet malt. Flavour has tart-ish berries, some sweet malt. Flat palate is low on CO2.
