Holding the Line is a traditional old school IPA. It is clear, refreshing, and the hoppiest beer we have ever made. In the 2005 era, west coast American style, it is absolutely loaded down with six varieties of classic American hops. Sometimes it feels like we're the last brewery resisting the hazy trend. So here we are. Holding the line for proper IPA.

Draught@SOPP Tampere 2021. Amber colour with a small off-white foamy head. Aroma is caramel, wood and mild resiny tones to it. Flavour is sweet malts, some resin, mild herbal and some earthy elements. On the watery side of things, but still atleast has some bitterness in the finish.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 15.03.2022, from the brewery, 20210526) The beer deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, resin, herbalness, biscuits and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, malts, biscuits and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, grass and bitterness. A good looking brew with rather nice taste. Bit unbalanced.
