Summer Wheat on Mallasseppien uusi kesävehnä: runsaan vehnäinen, suodattamaton ja samea American Wheat, joka ei kikkaile banaanisuudella tai neilikalla, vaan avokätisellä Mosaic-humaloinnilla. Vehnän ja Mosaic-humalan yhdistelmä luo kevyen ja hedelmäisen janonsammuttajan, joka sopii niin terassille, grilliruuan kanssa tai vaikka hiekkarannalle. Summer is on!

Smell of fruit. Cloudy lemon colour, white head. Aroma of hops, pineapple, other fruit, some sprucy notes. Fresh. Medium bitter, lightly sweet. Lively carbon.

Tap at Humala. Murky yellow colour, medium-sized white head. Wheat, citrus, gasoline in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Juicy, neipa-like, citrus, gasoline, mango in the flavour. Fresh and tasty.

Growler 0.75 L from brewer's shop. Beer is released today. Aroma is nice and fresh, pineapple, mandarin, grapefruit. Taste has pineapple, grapefruit, some mango, light wheat, also some bitterness. Medium bodied. Not much of wheat there, but it does not matter, fresh and fruitful. Nice beer.
