Oluen valmistuksessa tarvitaan intohimoa, ammattitaitoa ja yhteistyötä. Tämä tinkimättömän työn ja parhaiden raaka-aineiden myötä syntynyt ”Intense Business” American IPA on meidän yhteinen taidonnäytteemme. Kolmen humalan moniulotteinen yhdistelmä sopivalla katkeroinnilla takaa raikkaan ja maistuvan oluen.

Bottled (with Mats). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some toffeeish tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, toffeeish and some lactose in it. Could do with more bitterness.

33cl bottle from Alko. Unclear orange colored beer. Strong orange notes in aroma. Oranges and mango. Feels pretty fresh and juicy hoppy. Decent NEIPA.

Smell of mango, some citrus. Muddy yellow colour, high white head. Aroma of hops, raw fruit, sabro sourness. Medium bitter, lightly sour. Lively carbon.

330ml bottle. Sweetish, ripe coconutty and tropical fruity with hints of grass, pineapple, grapefruit and citrus. A bit harsh, but decent.

Hazy orange colour, medium-sized white head. Straw, mango, funky fruit in the nose. Medium-bodied. Flavour is juicy with pineapple, also some funky yeast notes, grapefruit, a bit empty watery finish. Decent.

A light yellow, murky beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma is nice, fruitfull and juicy, mandarin, grapefruit. Taste has citrus, grapefruit, medium bitterness. Medium bodied. Nice beer, quite simple, but pure and tastefull.
