Flaamiainen on kaiketi ensimmäinen versiomme Belgian Blond Alesta. Kyseessä on klassikkotyyli, jossa maltainen makeus, hedelmäiset käymisaromit ja humalien katkeruus ovat tasapainossa. Flaamiainen on näennäisen simppeli vaalea olut, jonka resepti kätkee kuitenkin sisäänsä yllättävän paljon raaka-aineita ja muuta näpertelyä. Nostettakoon esiin belgialainen luostarihiiva, hieman erikoinen kombinaatio humalia (Loral, Amarillo BBC, Saaz), kandisokeri ja tavallista pidempi kypsyttely. Lopputulos on kuohkean maltainen, pirteän hedelmäinen ja kohtuullisen katkera belgiale, johon luostarihiiva tuo tyylille ominaista mausteisuutta. Suunmyötäisesti appelsiinia, kumkvattia, viljaa ja katkeroa!

Bottled (from Sonnisaari). Goldeny orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some caramel tones along with a bit of spiciness. Flavour is fruity, floral, some toffee with mild herbs and ripe fruity tones. Slight spicy edge to it. Somewhat sweetish spicy aftertaste.

(Keg at Villi Wainö, 20210116) The beer poured amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, Belgian style yeast, sourness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, Belgian style yeast, fruitiness, spiciness, sourness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, fruity and bitter. A tasty brew with strong notes from Belgian style yeast.

Bottled 330ml (from brewery shop)
Cloudy golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma has toffee and Belgian yeast fruityness. Medium-bodied, low carbo. Belgian yeast fruityness, some hop bitterness and alcohol, even banana in the flavour. Nice.
