Made with our own hops from controlled cultivation. Dry hopped with Kazbek which gives the bock beer elegant aromas of sweet fruits. Aroma hops of the Pearl and Tradition varieties create a fine mixture of passion fruit, orange and peach with a hint of cream caramel.

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Herbal, resiny and slightly citric hoppy aroma with a delicately bready malty background, also some grassy and sulfuric accents, what I call green-bottle-character. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a modest carbonation. Robust malty base with bready notes, traces of caramel and a drying hoppy touch with mainly herbal, resiny and subtle fruity accents; medium-dry, (cara-)malty and mildly hop bitter finish with a tinge of sulphur. Okay, too bad that they use those green-glass bottles. 19.V.16
