This 4.5% ABV English stout was created by Bruce Dickinson and Robinsons’ Head Brewer Martyn Weeks as the first stout in the TROOPER beer family.
It takes its name from IRON MAIDEN’S iconic song and album of the same name.

Аромат достаточно сухой, почти эспрессо кофе, есть прямо намеки на зерна, также затем шоколад, почти нету сладости. Цвет черный, пенка средняя, кремовая по цвету, большие пузыри. Вкус умеренно сухой, легкая сладость от шоколада. Зерна кофе на финише. Хорошо ощущается прожаренный солод. В целом хорошо.

Dark brown almost black with a huge head. Aroma is dark roasted grains, with hints of coffee and chocolate. Taste is also dark roasted grains with hints of coffee and chocolate.

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Very dake red amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bityter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle 0,5 ltr: Black coloured brew with an dry bitter taste with hints of mostly roasted malts and some very faint chocolate and nuttiness. Again cool looking label and an beer for the masses that anyone can drink.

Can.Pitch black colour with medium fluffy beige head.Aroma is mild with flavor of licorice and toasted caramel still good strong taste with less alcohol nice surprises overall.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol October 2023. Dark brown in colour, with a slight, beige, head. Leafy hops, some chocolate and toasty malts, with some coffee character in the finish. Good.

Bottle from B&M Bargains, Halifax. Dark brown with a small light-brown head. Darker malty but certainly understated as a 'stout' with a hint of floralness.

500 ml can. Pours a dark brown with full tan head. Aromas of creamy chocolate and soft roasted malts. Flavors of lactose, chocolate, and more soft roasted malts. Sweet but nice for the ABV.

Creamy light tan head on a dark brown body. Medium bodied, very smooth & creamy. Toffee, dark berries, malt, roasted & nutty tastes with a lightly hopped bitter finish. Very tasty.
