Draught @ SOPP Tampere 2020 Aroma has cocoa and licorice. Flavour has salty licorice, some herbs and mild mineral vibes. Rich but too salty for my taste.

Tap at SOPP Tampere. Dark brown colour, good brownish head. Licorice, coffee, burned malts in the nose. Medium-bodied. Watery front, then roasted malts, tobacco, soya sauce. A bit restless but strong flavours it has.

Tap at SOPP2020, Lahti. Color is dark brown with small brownish head. Aromas and flavours: Chocolate, dryness, some chocolate porridge, coffee and roasted malts. OK but wrong for hot sweaty summer day.

(Bottle, 1.0 l - hand bottled, from the brewery, 20200508) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice, smoke and dark chocolate. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, ash, smoke, liquorice and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, smoke and bitterness. A brew with perhaps too strong flavours. Bit difficult to drink.
