Helposti juotava, olutmainen ja kevyesti suklaamaltaalla ryhditetty sahti.

Plastic canister@Pub Winston 2020. Murky orangeish brown colour with a minor head, which vanishes fast. Flavour is spices, some ripe bananas, mild toast, juniper and some toffee to it. Flavour is having the same elements as the aroma, but also a slight grassy edge to it. Smooth and nice.

(Keg at Ota Olut 2019) The beer poured brown and cloudy. No head. Aroma had toasted malts, juniper and caramel. Palate was medium bodied and warming with hardly any carbonation. Flavours were toasted malts, chocolate, juniper and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts and juniper. A tasty sahti with toasted notes.

Plastic canister at Pub Winston Fest. Dark brown colour, not much head. Sweetish, toffeish aroma, light juniper. Medium-bodied. Sweet banana, chocolate, juniper in the flavour. Unfortunately quite raw feeling, I have had much better Sahti from Moose.
Update 2020-06-18 Sweet and quite thick. Some juniper. Solid good sahti to drink all Midsummer fest.

Tap at TCBF2019. Smell of banana, yeast. Dark brown muddy colour, tiny white head. Aroma of earth, juniper, hops..?, some yeast and banana. Nice more sour/bitter sahti. Some smoky notes in finish. Zero carbon, viscous texture.
