Vahvemman prosentin stout, jota voidaan jopa kutsua Tujun klassikoksi! Jenkkityylinen paahteinen, moniulotteinen ja katkera imperial stout, jossa täyteläinen liköörimäinen siirappisuus yhdistyy mutkattomasti suklaisiin ja kahvisiin katkeruuksiin.

Draught @ Craft Beer Garden 2019, Helsinki. Sweet, sticky and syrupy with some roastiness, hops and chocolate notes, hints of cocoa and grass. Like a sweeter and stickier version of Plevna's Siperia. Not very balanced. Re-rated from a bottle from Alko. Feels more balanced from a bottle, sweetness doesn't overpower that much, more notes of licorice, grassy hoppiness and lingering bitterness. Pretty good.

(Keg at Craft Beer Garden 2019, Helsinki) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and cocoa powder. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had burnt malts, dark chocolate and bitterness. A very pleasant burnt brew with chocolate notes.
