Unser Lager schmeckt nach Biergeschichte! Denn Lagerbier wurde schon vor über 150 Jahren in Hamburg gebraut. Was liegt also näher, als wieder ein Hamburger Lager zu brauen und zwar so wie es früher einmal war: echt, hanseatisch, frisch!

Bottle. Golden blonde. Cardboard and soft orange in the aroma. Malty floral flavor with orange and cardboard. Disappointing.

Flasche 0,33l: Kräftiges Bernstein, helles Kupfer, dezente Trübung, mäßig stabiler mittelporiger Schaum; fruchtige + würzige Nase, würzige Süße, frische Hopfennoten, exotische Früchte, Zitrusnoten, grüne Früchte, Sternfrucht, Malz, Getreide, etwas Karamell; würziger + fruchtiger Körper, dezente Röstaromen, Malz, Getreide, etwas Karamell, cremig, kräftige Kohlensäure, frische Hopfenaromen, trockene Zitrusnoten; angenehmer fruchtig-trockener Nachgang

Mittlerweile ist die Flasche rot. Im Glas erfreulich kupferfarben, nicht so plädderich. In der Nase schön fruchtig-maischig. Im Trunk erstmal schön malzig, dann Heu, süß, dann bitter. Super gut zu trinken, Sommerlager, Kastenbier. Schlääg!

Smell of malt. Golden colour, high off-white head. Aroma of malt, hops, grassy notes. Medium bitter, medium flat carbon. Not so much amber lager here, it’s very much a German Pilsener to me.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear deep golden with a tiny, white head. Sweet, clean, malty nose. Medium body, again clean malts and very subdued hops. Nothing exciting here, it is what it is, but a very easy drinker. 310317

Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma had bready malt. Flavor was quite clean with hints of floral hops.

0.33l bottle from marktkauf/edeka. pours a slightly hazy amber with a small white head. aroma of caramel, grains, floral and spicy hops. flavour of caramel malts, leaves, ice tea, flowers. nice.
