On tyyliltään saksalainen hefeweizen. Maultaan hefe on vähäkatkeroinen, makeahko ja banaaninen, reilumpi hiilidioksidin määrä tuo raikkautta makuun. Linden Hefe on kuin kesäaurinko lasissa ja soveltuu erittäin hyvin esimerkiksi grilliruuan seuraksi ja seurustelujuomaksi.

Draught@Pub Winston Fest 2020. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is Hefeweizen with earthy and spicy tones. Flavour is wheat, toast, spices, mild banana and some slight herbal tones. A bit watery, otherwise ok true to the style brew.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 26.06.2021, from Ruokapuoti Lumo, 20210702) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, clove and lightly banana. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, banana, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, malty and bitter. A nice brew showing clean Hefeweizen characteristics

Tap at Winston 2020. Smell of yeast,some banana. Hazy hay colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, lemon. Light body. Sweet, also lightly sour. Lively carbon. Decent hefe.
