Draught@SOPP Tampere 2019. Golden colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is yeast, mild herbs, fruits, wheat and a wee bit earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, some spiciness, mild yeast, wheat and herbs.

Bottle at Kakolan Panimo, Turku. Color is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, hops, some Belgian yeast and malts. Very nice Finnish saison!

A bit hazy yellow colour, small white head and some lace. Light Saison yeasty nose. Light-bodied, even watery. Some tartness in the front, even hints of barnyard then Saison yeastyness, pepper which are not very strong. A bit too harmless.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, from Alko, 20200214) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness and cowhouse. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were spiciness, lightly tartness, fruitiness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A brew with quite strong spicy notes. Quite nice though.

A golden beer, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has fruitness, spicyness, herbs, low earthyness. Taste is quite dry, spicyness, fruitness of citrus, low earthyness. Medium bodied. Good beer, dry hopping is positively noticed.

Smell of citrus, some straw. Cloudy dark amber colour, white head. Strong aroma of citrus, also mead, yeast, straw, hops, some yeast in finish. Flat carbon. Medium sour, medium sweet. An APA/saison hybrid.
