Smell of hops and yeast. Muddy amber colour, very high beige head. Aroma of yeast, mead, some straw. More of a Belgian blonde than saison. Flat carbon. Sweet.

A light brown beer, a head is almost medium and blond. Aroma has strong earthyness and some sourness, banana, some spicyness. Taste has earthyness, mild fruitness, also overally mild. Medium bodied. Mild, disappointment.

Hazy dark amber colour, small white head. Wet hay, light spiceyness in the nose. Light-bodied. Hayish, a bit flowery hoppy but overall quite watery result. Mount Hood dominates somewhat with its herbal flavour and aroma. Not very exiciting.
