"A not so traditional, dry and peppery saison. Aged for four months in French red wine barrels. This version was dry hopped with Mosaic and Ekuanot hops straight in the oak barrels. Taste notes of oak, fruity and citrusy hops, and traditional spicy saison esters."

Bottled (thanks to Jukka from Tuju!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, mild acidity, some funk as well as quite mangoish and fruity tones. Flavour is dry wood, funk, some dry wood and mild herbal tones.

Bottled 330ml (AIH107)
Hazy deep orange colour, small white head. Some saisonic pepperyness in the nose, some fruity notes too. Medium-bodied. Fizzy carbo. Riped fruit, some tartness from wood, pepper. Vanity, one sample is enough.

0,33l bottle from the brewery shop, Lappeenranta. Pours hugely when the bottle opens. Dirty yellow orange beer with huge light beige cloudy head. Aroma has apple, citrus, honey and yeast. Taste is dry as promised. It has citrusy notes, apple, wood and actually some red wine twist also. Medium+ body. Feels even stronger as it really is. Nice one.
