Bottled (from Hirvikioski (the brewery shop)). Brown colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is rye bread, some fruity and floral notes along with mild nutty and some toasted malts to it. Flavour is toasted malts, mild rye, some floral, herbal and nutty notes. Also has a slight spicy touch to it.

Smell of mead, some sugar, some malt. Muddy brown colour, no head. Aroma of malt, some roasted malt, some burnt sugar, some mead. No carbon whatsoever. Weirdly sahti-like. Also some dark lager qualities. Very dry palate. Interesting... Not sure if deliberately like this.

Negligible smell. Cloudy brown colour, beige head. Aroma of malt. Some chocolate and earth in finish. Mildly bitter, mildly sweet finish. Soft, lively carbon. Light body. Brown ales aren't my favourites..

Aroma has sweet toffee tones, caramel and toasted sugar. Flavour has chocolate, minerals. Rather dry stuff – even too dry. Unfortunately the finish has somewhat unpleasant vegetable and ashy tones along with the moderate hoppiness. Drinkable stuff anyway.

Murky brown colour, small off-white head. Light caramel and yeast in the nose. Light-bodied. Caramel, raisins, yeastyness, light hops. Lowish carbonation or a bit dead palate. Somewhat homebrewish.
