Maustaminen on semmoinen laji, jossa ei parane räplätä liikoja. Vienot piirteet ja hienovarainen vihjailu appelsiinista ja fenkolista eivät kyllästä nauttijaa vaan virittävät makuaistit riemukkaaseen lentoon.
Pakko tunnustaa, että himppu viitteelliseksi jäi aplarit ja fenkolit. Eipä ainakaan ylimaustunut. Mutta jos oot allerginen sitruksille niin älä jua! Katkerohommissa Magnum ja Amarillo tällä kertaa, koska se nyt vaan on niin.

Bottle bought at K-Supermarket Manhattan City, Turku. Black with a large creamy tan head. Chocolate, coffee, dark malt and hints of spices.

Bottle. Another Oulu beer thanks to japppp. Aroma of light coffee, cream, spiced caramelised nuts. Cola brown. Opaque. Thick fluffy foamy beige head. Medium bitter. Coffee and. Some dark berry sourness. Underlying lactose creaminess gains traction into the finish. Medium-thick bodied. Creamy. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Good stuff. Rich. Creamy. Fits the bill as a winter porter.

Dark brown, clear wirh a minimal light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, oil and bread. Light bitter with a mild roasted malt end.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #215, BBE 07.08.2020 Aroma is sweetish with hay, minerals and ash. Also butter. Flavour has ash, tobacco, licorice, minerals and mild hop kick in the finish. Ashy and a bit thin – but not bad for this ABV.

Mild smell of vanilla, coffee. Cola colour, brown head. Aroma of fennel, licorice, roasted malt. Bitter, lightly sweet. Lively carbon. Slightly oily texture. Robust body for this ABV.

On tap at Panema, pours a clear dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, a touch of caramel, and a touch of cocoa. Flavour is very thin, with toasted malt and a touch of caramel. Extremely thin and lacking depth and body. Inoffensive, but not good.

Clear, cola colored beer with some red touch. Small head. Aroma has malts, roast and bread. Taste has same elements with some drier spicy bitter at the end.
