With fresh, green and wet hops delivered right to our brewery doors from our friends in Epsom, we decided they deserved to be centre-stage. We set them up to shine against a classic Pale Ale malt backbone of breadiness and mellow sweetness. All the hops were put in at the end of the boil, homegrown Target and Phoenix, to give light citrus and floral buttercup aromas on the nose. Quaffing down this easy drinking brew, you'll enjoy a mix of orange marmalade and subtly spicy flavours.

Cask at CBC Mary Axe, 27/10/17. Hazed golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is orange peel, straw, light bread, pale malts, hint of vanilla. Taste comprises candied sugar, light honeysuckle, green hop bite, bready malts, straw, orange peel. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff for this genre.
