New England IPA on uuden Yhdysvaltojen itärannikolta kotoisin olevan oluttyylin edustaja. Samean ulkokuoren alta paljastuu hedelmäisen ja kukkaisen tuoksun saattelemana aprikoosin, mangon ja kivihedelmien makua yhdistettynä hentoon viljaisuuteen. Olueen maun tuo erittäin runsas aromihumalointi. Sopii porsaan, aasialaisen ruoan ja esimerkiksi sushin kanssa ruokajuomaksi.

Tap at City Hospoda, Turku. Hazy orange colour, small white head and lace. Dried fruits, yeast in the nose. Medium-bodied. Overriped tropical fruits and some hops in the flavour. Harsh finish. Fruity ipa, not neipa.

Tap at Mallaskellari, Oulu. Color is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, tropical fruits, some hops and malts. Sweetish, little bit of flat, boring... some nice tropical fruity (pineapple & mango) elements.

(Keg at Panema Kallio, 20181123) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, pineapple and mango. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, grapefruit and bitterness. Aftertaste was mostly bitter. A rather unbalanced fruity brew.
