From bottle at 7e Noordelijk Lentebierenfestival, Leeuwarden. Aroma is brown malt with caramel, yeasty and spicy notes, some brown sugar. Ontbijtkoek. Sweet, but also fairly bitter for the style. Body is medium. Not bad at all.

Bottle at dad's. Clear dark amber color, decent sized off-white to beige head. Aroma and flavor is malts, herbal, plant-like, a bit odd. Average body and carbonation. Ok.

Flesje gedronken tijdens feest. Roodbruin bier. Aroma is moutig. Smaak is zoet en plakkerig. Nasmaak is fruitig.

Fles 33cl thuis. 6%. Malten overheersen, bruine suiker, caramel, hazelnoot, licht droog, wat rood fruit, zuurtonen, ergens wat bitters. Beetje in onbalans.(4-10-218).

dark brown with a light browh head. Aroma of malts, some earthy notes, nuts, wet forest leafs, Taste is pretty sweet, quite malty base, earty, malts, nuts, brown sugar, malt bitterness, some toasted flavors, chocolate, some caramel, soft, medium body, ok carbonation, actually quite nice.
