Donkergeel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht kruidig en licht zoet met iets van koriander, wat grastonen en wat citrus. Heel geslaagd wat mij betreft.

A: hazy golden, stable, frothy, white head.
A: lemon, soap, wheat, grass, straw, grape, coriander.
T: sweetish grape, sourish lemon, wheat, soap & spices.
F: grassy hops, perfumey soap, bitter straw & coriander.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Decent Belgian Ale in its own wright, but nothing special.

Dorée, col blanc tenace.
Arôme donne d’emblée un léger effluve épicé : coriandre et girofle voire de sauge et de genièvre reprenant une inspiration de blanche. Rétro-nasal de malt conférant des pointes de caramel assez plaisant.
Palais est léger un peu sur les grains – malt pils, épicé se fait de suite plus présent avec une sensation de baies de genièvre et herbes provençales. Le tout reste sur une base belge classique – malt pils, léger cara-pâle. Le tout est relevé par l’apport des épices/herbes. Garde tout de même un caractère vieux grains-cave un peu carton mouillé.

33cl bottle. A clear golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of brett, belgian yeast, pale malt. Taste of herbal malt, spices, hints of brett, belgian yeast. High carbonation.

Bottled (from Systembolaget Rådhusesplanaden Umeå). Hazy orange colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is spicy, floral, fruity and some sweet caramel tones along with mild wood too. Flavour is kind of the same elements in a somewhat dry mix. Smooth and very pleasant brew.
