From the Baltic Sea to the West Indies, we took our Imperial Stout and aged it in Rum Barrels for 3 1/2 months, and later added fresh bananas, vanilla & cinnamon giving this strong dark ale a slightly fruity & dark chocolate aroma with notes of oak, spice, and smooth banana – think of it like bananas foster in a glass.

Draft @ the brewery taproom, Arts District, L.A. Colour is very dark brown to black. Small off white head. Aroma's: banana and rum indeed. Retronasal it's boozy, rum, banana. Flavour is above moderate sweet, banana, light cola. Full bodied. Rum and banan in the finish, light bitter. Served too cold to properly taste.
