Every year you hear a lot of existential noise coming from alcohol manufacturers about the public’s annual foray into temporary abstinence. We too like to dip a cool toe into the pool of temperance from time to time. Some lean into total avoidance, but for those settling on compromise and cutting back, we would like to introduce Easy Answers. A lil’ tiny smolly Pale Ale, squeakin’ in at 3.8%. This Pale Ale presents hazy and straw-coloured while giving off a light aroma of peach, grape skins, and some minerality. Cold dry-hopped with Galaxy and Strata, it drinks delicately with graceful balance and a smooth, easy finish.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves plenty of soapy lace. Mild aroma of grainy pale malt, peach, orange and weedy hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, passion fruit, peach, orange and weedy hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Refreshing and crushable. A great low alcohol beer.
