Bangatan IPA is a true expression of O/O Brewing's favourite combination of hops; Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. Everything in this recipe is made to let these hops shine as much as possible. A simple grist profile of Pilsner malt and Wheat malt gives a crisp and clean backdrop and the 7% gives just enough body to sustain the hops.

Little cloudy orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: pretty fruity, mango, pineapple, juicy, nice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, malty, some tropical fruits, grapefruit, mandarins, orange peel, nice bitterness. Aftertaste: bit resinous, dry and hoppy, more like an old school west coast ipa?

Keg at salthorse. Pours hazy orange, nose is pineapple, mango, taste is juicy, sweet, sticky.

Fat på All In Beer Fest, sent pass lördag. Gulorange, lätt disig med vit krona. Gräsig och fruktig med toner främst av papaya och aprikos. Lätt dank och viss fruktigt och lite socker:ig sötma.
