Bangatan IPA is a true expression of O/O Brewing's favourite combination of hops; Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. Everything in this recipe is made to let these hops shine as much as possible. A simple grist profile of Pilsner malt and Wheat malt gives a crisp and clean backdrop and the 7% gives just enough body to sustain the hops.

Keg at the Kings Arms - Bethnal Green. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Has some ripening citrus fruits, orange, melon, mango, a little sugary bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Light warmth in the finish, more ripe citrus, soft rindy bitterness, pale bread. Drinkable stuff.

Keg @ Sori Taproom. Poured unclear orange color with a thick white head. Grapefruit, pine, passionfruit? in aroma. Hoppy, grapefruity, citrusy flavors, juicy. Nice drinkability.

Thanks! Sampled canned @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 2. Orange. Nose is overripe fruit, honey, stone fruit. Taste is overripe fruit, sugar, honey, solid, dank hops, pine. Body is medium.

Draft at Billie’s Beer Festival ‘18. Fairly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of dank hops, green weeds, citrus and tropical fruits. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
