Bangatan IPA is a true expression of O/O Brewing's favourite combination of hops; Citra, Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. Everything in this recipe is made to let these hops shine as much as possible. A simple grist profile of Pilsner malt and Wheat malt gives a crisp and clean backdrop and the 7% gives just enough body to sustain the hops.

Gul tåkete med høyt hvitt skum som henger godt på glasset. Lukter mango, aprikos og krutt. Middels fylde og bitterhet. Lett fruktsødme. Sitrus, sydhavsfrukt, krutt, mango og stenfrukt.

Can from Systembolaget. Hazy orange with a medium white head. Sweetish with passionfruit, orange, some grass, pine and notes of alcohol. The finish was medium bitter.

Så här har vi ytterligare en modern IPA med allt vad det innebär: orangegrumlig med stort skum. Fruktiga dofter. Fruktiga smaker med mycket tallbarr. Enormt lättdrucken; rinner ner som apelsinsaft. Den relativt höga alkoholhalten kombinerat med all tallbarr gör att munkänslan kanske blir i strävaste laget.

440ml Can - Murky light amber with a small white head. Pineapple. lychees, peach and passion fruit in the aroma. Tangy and hoppy taste with grapefruit, orange, lemon and hints of passion fruit.

Burk. Väldigt fruktig och ganska söt IPA med inslag av framförallt passionsfrukt och melon. Låg bitterhet för en IPA. God men kanske lite för juicelik för mln smak.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours cloudy dark yellow with a small creamy offwhite head. Aroma of malt, sweet fruity hops, ripe peach, mango, sweet citrus, orange. Flavor is sweet, light bitter, light malt, fruity hops, peachy, mango, sweet citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet and light bitter finish.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Gothenburg TTO) - hazy orange pour with a white head. Sweet fruity with some tropical citrus fruity notes coming in, mango, grapefruit and orange, malty support, medium body, hoppy light bitter finish.
