This India Pale Ale was brewed with heaps of flaked wheat – for extra fluffy mouthfeel – before being treated to a big old dry hop with Ekuanot and Citra, in both BBC and Cryo formats, for big flavours of papaya, melon and orange pith.

Can at home, 5th December 2021, I like a bit of Fluff and this pours fairly clean, almost clear with a soft frothy head. Aroma is orange and pithy. Taste is bitter orange and very pithy, bitter marmalade, grapefruit, quite west coast, wasn’t expecting it, more bitterness and a long bitter orange and pithy linger. Very good
