Take a ramble in the bramble with Honeyberry Tumble. Cherries you know, honeyberries, probably less so. They’re shaped like a bell and taste like, well, berries: notes of grape, blackberry, even cherry. So we add cherries and honeyberries to this sour golden ale, for a taste that’s an ace and never fails to put a smile on our face; we hope it will for you as well.

Clear bright ruby red beer, small creamy pink head, a little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: complex, acidic impression, lots of berries, berry skin, a bit earthy, very herbal, tomato plant (leafs and stems). MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very bitter start, green apples, apple skin, some tannins, dry, earthy, sea buckthorn, vitamin c effervescent tablets, almost medicinal. Aftertaste: dry, earthy, orange peel, bitter, herbal, some citrus, interesting and very decent!
