Flaska från Etre drucken med ölföreningen. Gyllengul disig vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Funkig doft som drar åt flera håll, ost, gödsel, hästfilt, svavel, pigg och frisk med druvor och citrus. Mycket gott

Disparate transparent B.C."H." over hazy yellow beer. Grapey lambic, sulphuric, sour grapes, bit horseblanket. Actually outstanding nose, representative of the blending. Sour(ish) grapes, lemon, grapefruitpeel, grapeskins. Something akin to just-ripe banana, sweet woodruff. Light body, quite slick, feels carbonated though it's hardly traceable. Really excellent blending, making it a historically very defendable mix.

0,75l from bottle at Night Shop, Brussels. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells parfumy, funky, citric, grassy, earthy. Nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, grassy, earthy, hay, peppery. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of peppery, grassy and earthy notes. nice stuff pretty good one

Dorée au col blanc.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité de raisin, letout garde un apport funk des lambics assez marqué et le caractère de la saison passe un peu en retrait - peut être l'effet d'une mise en barrique déjà longue.
Palais est finement boisé et subtile, léger raisin le tout avec l'apport de lambics est râpeux en bouche, fine acidité, côté fruité de raisins verts, citrique sur la fin. Le côté saison se ressent moins - j'ai plus de sensation de cave comme le nom de la bière - et ce même en comparant les derniers essais d'assemblages d'Ermitage.

Tap. Hazy golden color with almost no head. Aroma is Lambic, really a lot of Lambic, earthy, leather. Taste is the same, not much else than the Lambic. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Good, but I did prefer De La Senne's Saison de la Senne when it comes to Saison/Lambic blends.

A little cloudy beige beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit fruity, earthy, lots of mineral notes, a bit oxidized, juicy. MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, nice acidity, fruity, sour apples, a little bitter, funky, dry. Aftertaste: gentle bitterness, earthy, funky, pretty sourish, more apples, nice.

Draft at L’Ermitage. Hazy golden. Quite funky, gooseberries, golden kiwi, yoghurt, light herbal, bread crust, oak, caramel. Medium sour, sweet and light bitter. Lovely.
