His attention to detail and pursuit of perfection are as inspiring as his coffees are sublime.

Pours black with a dense brown head. Aroma's: big coffee, roast, coffeedik. Retronasal: coffe, vanilla, sweetish,big roast. Flavour: moderate sweet, vanilla, roasted. Medium bodied. Finishes roast, moccha.
