Super dry hopped, big juicy beer with that great combination of hops of Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe.. and with assistance from Ramon, the brewmaster of the legendary Girona-based brewery, Soma. The result? Gooseberry, grapefruit and lime aromas, with hints of peach, sweet hay and green fruits. A full, almost oily mouthfeel. A big juicy flavour hit. Hints of creamy biscuit, a lemon-rind kind of bitterness, and a slightly drying finish. It's high impact, but still invites further drinking. Delicious!
