Appalachian wild ale fermented on local nectarines and local plums

As we navigated the choppy waters of 2020, we obtained new fruits and humbly offer this new blend. Bursting with local plum jam and luxurious nectarines, this is one unique fruit marriage you won't want to miss.

Batch #1 bottle from Fonta Flora care of a friend. Thanks Jon! Pours a clearish orange with a full two fingers of beige head that dissipates. Plum on the nose with citrus zest, mineral and oak. More fruit, apricot and plum notes on the palate with a orange and vanilla note that lingers. Balanced finish with some mineral that lingers. Overall acidity is there but restrained in a good way.
