A pearl in the crown of Polish brewing. Dark, essential and extremely full beer. For its brewing, we used 12 different special malts to build a unique mosaic of aromas and a bouquet of flavors with clear notes of dark and milk chocolate, coffee, vanilla, nuts and a delicate roastiness. After the 6 - month aging stage, we froze our beer to make it even more essential, and then poured it into Bowmore barrels (pleasantly peaty single malt whiskey), in which it was spent over a year. Thanks to this, the profile has been enriched with ester notes of red and candied fruit and tannin, sea, smoked notes from the barrels used.
