Alternate Dimensions is our take on a brown sour with a hefty addition of Zante currants. The malt bill and currants play beautifully together featuring light cocoa, pomegranate, and dark stone fruit notes. Using our house souring culture we kept the acidity in check and pitched the wort with KRISPY to keep the fermentation profile crisp and clean. Even at 4.0% ABV this one packs a punch and is not light on the flavours.
