Our Cascadian Dark Ale uses an old-school combination of Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe hops in a conscious effort to pay homage to the Republic of Cascadia. The malt profile provides enough body, toast, and sweetness to add balance without outshining the hop character. Expect pine, resin, biscuit, stone fruit, citrus, mild chocolate, and slight spicy notes.

Deep dark clear brown with a nice beige head. Cereal and pine. Light bitter nine and cereal. Not punchy enough.
