Updating an old-school style with modern techniques and ingredients we arrive at the DeLorean. Simcoe & Stata shine providing an ample amount of bitterness without the sharp bite combining with aromas of bittersweet grapefruit, resinous pine, and some dank sticky icky. The malt bill is a modified take on the classic west coast IPA with some modern improvements in place of the crystal malt. Concocted in a spirit to be bold but approachable the DeLorean is bringing beer into new ideals forward from a past.
