Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark, reddish brown with a small, beige head. Complex aroma of sweet, noble rot. Wild yeast and acetobacter. Medium body, sweet, overripe, plummy fruitiness. Dark dried fruits. Acetic tartness but perfectly balanced - no heartburn. Slight bitterness and some vanilla woodiness. Super well done and on the level with some of the best Vlaamse Red beers. 180123
