Dark dried fruits. Acetic tartness but perfectly balanced - no heartburn. Slight bitterness and some vanilla woodiness. Draft. A brown beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, roasted malt, wood, brett, and alcohol. The flavor is sour with notes of brett, wood, roasted malt, lemons, and caramel, leading to a tart finish.

Flavor is mildly sour, light malt, yeast, light wet wood, oak, red berries, tart cherry. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. Nice drinkability. 110222
