Draft sample @ BXL BeerFest 2022.
Couleur pâle-blonde, col blanc peu tenace.

0,15l from bottle shared at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Poured with dregs. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells earthy, grassy, tannins, funky, spices. Nice smell. Medium body, light carbonation. Tastes funky, tannins, spices, earthy, grape notes, some oak, parfumy, tangerines. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, citric and grassy notes.

Rerate:
0,75l from bottle at the Brewery. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells rubbery, peppery, earthy, sulphuric. Ok smell, did not excite me. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, earthy, peppery, light underlying sugar, dry. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of grapes, minerals and light peppery notes. Good stuff, did not care so much about the smell, but taste is very nice.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Very nice white grape lambic. Deliciously complex already at this young age.
