Our infamous pecan maple imperial stout has been liberated from its oozing bourbon tomb after 12 months…
Plump, supple and resilient with black reverberations of vanilla oak, coconut, Yuletide brack and pecan maple syrup.
Balanced out masterfully with soft stabs of sweet Kentucky bourbon and dark chocolate cacao.

Draught @ Fermentoren Pours black with no head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, oak, caramel, coconut and alcohol. Taste is heavy sweet and light to medium bitter with a long warm, chocolate, coconut, coffee, oak and vanilla finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft

Jet black with a small brown head. Lots of caramel and vanilla bourbon notes. Woody and barrel notes with some caramel. Solid.
