Windows Up is a single IPA made with Mosaic and Citra hops. It pours a hazy straw color and is topped with bright white beer foam. Piney aromas mingle with fruity notes, while hints of citrus fruit and an overall lingering resinous quality lend a touch of complexity to this dank IPA.

The 12 oz bottle was a gift from a good friend and fellow beer aficionado. Served very cold into a glass beer stein, it shows a hazy orange with a prominent white head. The nose gives a good start, grass, pine and pineapple. Now the taste. Strong jolt of hops, I like that. Also some grain, grapefruit and a Mosaic hops touch of sweetness. Stiff bitterness from start to finish. Rather good, all in all.

Bottle from Turner’s Bottle Shop Sheffield - slightly hazy gold body little foam head. Nose is the expected kick of tropical and citrus. Taste too soapy and floral. Not a fan but could sniff it all day.

Solid Mosaic-centric IPA, semisweet and very floral, with pine and dankness lingering heavily on the back end. Grainy, toast-tinged middle adds depth, and the slight citrus makes for a needed balance to the Mosaic soapiness. Not bad.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo Webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home Friday 7th July 2017. Warm glow to this gold beer, but a little hazy, a sheen of film atop. Nice sweetness, resiny, a little honey sweetness, malty, typical US IPA but very good. Soft in the mouth, lemony but piney, lovely. A7 A3 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7

Crisp copper and orange coloured body with a nice, three centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of super dank hops with a lot of bitterness stemming from herbs, grass, resin, tropical fruits and a lot of pine - this is what a West Coast IPA should smell like! Medium-bodied; Super dank flavour at first with a big dose of hop bitterness with a lot of resin and floral flavours along with a big hop bitterness of grass and pine along with a lot of tropical fruit flavours near the end - very robust throughout and incredibly bittered from the hops, but all balanced by the smooth malts. Aftertaste complex, dank and bitter - just what a West Coast IPA should be, and robust throughout the beer as well. Overall, a great offering and one of the better IPAs I’ve had in a long while, perhaps one of the best IPAs on the planet, definitely in the running! Pick this up if you see it, especially if you are on the East Coast and sample it immediately, then pick up a few more and drink those too! I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 17-June-2017 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington on Independence Day, July 4th, 2017. Best By date on Bottle: 03-October-2017.

Bottle, bb Oct 17 (Acland). Clear gold with a loose white head. Aroma of mandarin, pine, passionfruit, grapefruit, hay. No onion, minor herbal (in both senses) notes. Fairly sweet with plainish hay-like malt. Clean with ringing hop aromatics that follow the aroma, medium high bitterness. Easier drinking than Duet. Lovely, very drinkable.

12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan body. Thin white head. Classical West Coast IPA body amplified more juicy, modern hop varietals. Really clean, drinks rather exceptionally. Excellent balance. World Class.

Medium deep golden color. Nice dry tropical hoppy fruity nose. Much more full body than I would expect for 7%, slightly off dry lots of dried mangos and papaya with aggressive bitterness. Expected a bit drier. Still a good IPA but not totally mind blowing
