Clean & crisp, tasteful & fun, just like the style throughout Copenhagen. And just like a majority of the Danish, its blonde!! Brewed with a touch of Caramel and Biscuit malt, plus Grains of Paradise for a subtle complexity and extra depth of flavor. Made in collaboration with our BFF brewmaster Søren Wagner from Dry & Bitter Brewing Company and the famous Fermentoren bar of Copenhagen. Skål - Cheers!!

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8
Tap at RBB. Pours clear amber. Aroma is mostly malts, some hops, but it works nicely. Body is light, with a crisp carbonation for a refreshing experience, but there’s still a body behind that. Short palate. Works splendidly.
